Hi,

Does PostgreSQL have a GUI interface ?
I found nothing about that on the FAQ and documentation.

Is it possible to install it (with a server) without CYgwin on W2k/NT like
MySQL or does Cygwin is necessary ?

Cygwin is not necessary.
