Thread: ODBC questions

    Hello all.  I have two questions.

1) why doesn't the postgresql ODBC driver (postgresql-odbc-7.2) work with
OpenOffice 1.0, when the postgresql-odbc driver from unixODBC
(unixODBC-2.1.1) does?

2) why does the unixODBC driver provide a setup library (for graphically
setting up data sources) when the one that ships with postgresql-odbc does
not?

Define 'doesn't work'. Error messages etc would also be useful.

'Cos none of us have written one I guess.
