ODBCINI in iODBC

Hi all,

Recently I saw several reports about iODBC connection failure.
Seems they all use system DSNs(odbc.ini) not user DSNs(~/.odbc.ini)
but the current psqldobc driver doesn't seem to see system DSNs.
Is it intended ?
