I tried couple hours to fix this out but i still failed to fix it.
Hope can get some solution from here to fix this. Thanks.

The first screenshot you show suggests the problem is an incorrect query issued by pgAdmin -- the database name in that query needs to be single-quoted.  You might check whether you're using an up-to-date version of pgAdmin, and ask for further help on the pgAdmin list:
