Thread: No REPLACE function ?!

No REPLACE function ?!

let me take a gander there is no REPLACE function like mySQL ??
 
I will have to to check to see if the data exists if it does UPDATE it
if not INSERT it ??
 
Boy here I thought postgresql was the way to go for the continually
changing data stream I need to store in Db

No, but you can use the solution described in the docs:
http://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/static/plpgsql-control-structures.html#PLPGSQL-UPSERT-EXAMPLE
