Postgres into OFBiz

I'm trying to hook OFBiz into Postgres 8.1, and the OFBiz install doc
tells me to modify a jdbc-uri tag, but does not tell me what

jdbc-uri="jdbc-postgresql://127.0.0.1/ofbiz"

is supposed to be saying. Is this JDBC?
