I have the german version of the official handbook (ISBN 3-8266-1337-6),
which is indeed a treasure of knowledge. Thanks for it. :-) Today I was
looking in the index for "pg_locks" and it said I should look on page 880.
Unfortunatly my book ends at page 814.
Must be an error. Perhaps someone reading here can notify the editors.
