nOOb Alert..Need some help..

Greetings All !!

Found got and installed the latest RPM. Installed it, but on the binaries that
were installed I don't know which options were selected for the build.

I mention this because trying to run Pgaccess, it complains about not having
TCL implemented.

How can one, from an RPM install, determine which options were used when
PostgreSQL was compiled?

Then if TCL was not used, how does one implement the TCL or someother
functionality into PostgreSQL?

Thanks in advance,
