Which book should I consider to begin with PHP and PostgreSQL
interaction, assuming I've got the "Beggining databases with postgreSQL"
  as postgreSQL manual?

Thanks in advance for your advice.

To cover PostgreSQL specifically:

Joe Celko's SQL for Smarties is quite excellent and his SQL Puzzles book is
fun too.

The PostgreSQL Developers Handbook (Sams) is also good, but is becoming
somewhat outdated.
