Mark,

pgaccess should help you out some. On my Redhat 7.1-7.2 systems pgaccess is
installed by default in: /usr/bin/pgaccess

It seems to connect to all databases via tcp/ip. So be aware to the access
restrictions set in pg_hba.conf. I use pgaccess to view and manage several
postgresql databases running on several different machines.
