Hello.

Is it possible to make a function that on UPDATE insert the post if
there was no post to update.

It seems that I cannot get a JDBC driver for postgresql-6.5.2

I dont find any directory /src/interfaces/jdbc from where to execute
'make' and create postgresql.jar (the driver).

any suggestions?
