Updated Website & WWW GIT

Hello,

I almost at the point where a good deal of the structure for building the
website with Jekyll is complete. There is still some harder things to do
in generating changelog, & todo with the plan to derive from GIT pgjdbc
if possible.

If the plan is to replace the existing Apache Forest GIT pgjdbc/www with
the new Jekyll structure what is the best approach?

Then I will just roll it up in a compressed format and make
available to download.

This is exciting! It's like watching NASA TV at launch time!
