Ok, so I guess it would be somewhat hard then to pick something on that
list to do. So is it fair to say then that something to do with the Website
like daily, weekly update to keep track of things would be helpful?

If so is Apache Forrest still being used and is that still desirable
to handle automation for project processes.

Dana,

Yes, apache forrest is still being used. Given the work involved to change it and the lack of resources it is desirable by default.

Yes that would be helpful

The TODO list still has value. If you see something on the list which
seems interesting to you, be sure to read any of the referenced
threads, and then ask on-list about it.

Just remember that if there was community consensus on whether and
how something should be done, and it was not time-consuming and
difficult to implement, it would probably have been done rather than
having been added to the list. And sometimes we forget to take
something off the list after it has been done. So tread carefully.

Ok I'm working on a little project for probably the rest of the week, but
will take a look at Apache-Forest.

I'll try to tread lightly and I agree that the list has tremendous value,
but a todo list that is not accurate is of little value to those that may
wish to contribute and also those managing the project.

With that I would like to share a story I read this morning about Innovation
which LinkedIn seems to have accomplished in some ways.

Dave,

Looks like you have been busy today. I'm afraid the small project that I
thought would be done in a week or so turned into in a month due to my
lack of assessing the base code's terrible state.

I still have on my tasks to get Appache Forrest installed locally and
evaluating automation possibilities. In so doing helping with the todo
list updating and keeping it updated on the website.
