REL_9.2_DEVEL

As release 9.2 is now in beta, we should tag the driver as a
development branch. Any objections or last minute additions to get in
before tagging ?

Any chance of getting my simple connection fail-over support in? Or at least a review/explanation what need to be
improved.

I feel it is very safe and does not break any existing users. And on the other hand it supports nicely the
cluster/replicationemphasis in 9.x series of PostgreSQL.

Yes, I was going to put it in, I spent most of yesterday trying to
build the site. I have only a few remaining problems.

Specifically, these links are broken in the forrest build

<link message="/home/davec/projects/jdbc/www/src/documentation/content/xdocs/development
(Is a directory)">development/</link>
 <link message="/home/davec/projects/jdbc/www/src/documentation/content/xdocs/documentation
(Is a directory)">documentation/</link>
 <link message="/home/davec/projects/jdbc/www/src/documentation/content/xdocs/changes.xml
(No such file or directory)">changes.html</link>
 <link message="/home/davec/projects/jdbc/www/src/documentation/content/xdocs/todo.xml
(No such file or directory)">todo.html</link>

If we can get the site to build I can move on to patching the driver.
