in the page http://jdbc.postgresql.org/documentation/81/callproc.html the line in the example proc.registerOutParameter(1, Types.Other); should have the word "Other" all uppercase, or it won't compile (also you must import java.sql.Types) i could not find a bug report link, but it said this mailing list address was moderated for non-subscribers, so hopefully the moderator will pass this on to the right place Thailand land of smile.
