Bump JDBC build number for upcoming 7.4.4 release?

From

Do you guys want to put a new build number on the JDBC driver that is in
the 7.4 source tree? I think you just missed getting the change in for
7.4.3, so let's try to do it in the right order this time ;-)

Barring anything interesting happening tomorrow, 7.4.4 will probably get
wrapped over the weekend.

            regards, tom lane

Well, I'm not even sure how it is going to build, as build.xml has been
removed, as has the Makefile??

Actually, I see the mistake I made, how do I commit a change into the
7_4_4 branch?

I am getting sticky tag errors.

The branch is REL7_4_STABLE, same as before. I'd recommend checking out
the whole branch into a separate subdirectory and working inside that.

You need to actually checkout the 7.4 branch. I can do this later tonight
and build the jar files if you'd like.
