Thread: PostgreSQL 7.4.2 and pg74.1jdbc3.jar
Does anybody know if the latest stable driver http://jdbc.postgresql.org/download/pg74.1jdbc3.jar will work with the latest PostgreSQL distribution 7.4.2?
Thanks,
David Sica
Build 213 is the latest stable build on the jdbc website, I would recommend that build. --Barry Sica, David (David) wrote: > Does anybody know if the latest stable driver > http://jdbc.postgresql.org/download/pg74.1jdbc3.jar will work with the > latest PostgreSQL distribution 7.4.2? > > Thanks, > David Sica > >
Why does the http://jdbc.postgresql.org/download.html site not mention this 213 build. Is the 213 build not "production quality"? How does the build I referenced below compare with this 213 build, differences? I'm just getting ready to deploy an application into production in the next couple of weeks and want to insure I'm using the proper/best driver available for PostgreSQL 7.4.2. David, When I load that page I only see build 213 as being the current version. Are you looking at a cached version of the website? --Barry Sica, David (David) wrote: > Why does the http://jdbc.postgresql.org/download.html site not mention > this 213 build. Barry, Good call. Yes, actually it was a cached version of the website I was seeing.
