Are there any (decent) Windows-based visual tools (TOAD-like) for PostgreSQL? What about UNIX?

I've been fairly happy with CaseStudio (www.casestudio.com). Slightly expensive for value received, and I haven't mucked around with the templates. The Reverse Engineering tool worked for me.
