1:I want to use AND distribute my applications with Postgresql included.What
do I need to do?

2:If I have to buy licence to distribute my products with psg, where do I
get the price per licence?

Check the license under which postgres is distributed.  It is documented
in the COPYRIGHT file in the source distribution.  But basically the
license lets you do pretty much anything you want with the code for no
fee.  But contributions in the form of bugfixes or other improvements to
the code base are always welcome.
