I am trying to use lo_import on an image through JSP but got this
message:
ERROR: You must have Postgres superuser privilege to use server-side
lo_import(). Anyone can use the client-side lo_import() provided by libpq.
How do I call the client-side lo_import() provided by libpq? Thanks.
