CVS problems?

Hey.

I'm trying to update, so my local pgsql/ is current so I can work on
getExportedImportedKeys, but it seems to fail with

cvs server: failed to create lock directory for
`/projects/cvsroot/pgsql/contrib/pg_upgrade'
(/projects/cvsroot/pgsql/contrib/pg_upgrade/#cvs.lock): Permission denied
cvs server: failed to obtain dir lock in repository
`/projects/cvsroot/pgsql/contrib/pg_upgrade'
cvs [server aborted]: read lock failed - giving up

Someone else reported something similar recently. Marc, it looks like
newly-created subdirectories are not being given the correct permissions
on the anoncvs server (though all seems well on the master cvs).

fixed, let me know if it happens again ... part of hte update script does
a chown, but it didn't appear to work on last update :(
