where to find most recent jdbc driver

I visited the following site:

http://www.retep.org.uk/postgres/

but the dowload page http://jdbc.postgresql.org/download/ does not have links to the beta drivers, only to driver that I already have (jdbc7.0-1.2.jar) or older versions. I would like to have the updated version.

Any ideas where I can get it?
