Thread: compile pgtcl without PostgreSQL or Tcl source

I thought you had to have the header files and prototypes from the 
source. What makes it possible to compile pgtcl without source for 
PostgreSQL and Tcl?

The Postgres/Tcl library, libpgtcl, 1.4 beta 2 release is now available.
