4-5 hours? What kind of machine are you on? compiling Tcl and Tk for me
is definitely under an hour (probably under 30 minutes). I have 2X333MHZ
machine running SuSE 7.3.

Just curious, why do you have to re-compile?

BTW, there are some things that we can do to make the "apps builder"
thing alot more verbose/versatile, but I am too tired right now to get
into detail about them...
