To port an application from Linux to M$Windows, I need a (possibly statically
linked) libpq++. I must use either mingw or cygwin, as the whole project - as
a principle - must only be built with free software.
I tried to browse the documentation, but could not find anything helpfulp.
Can anybody help me? Just point me to the right documentation maybe?
