Thread: pgsql TCl library w/ 7.0.2

I found the pure Tcl/Tk pgsql library at
ftp://aero.vmei.acad.bg/pub/dbase/pgsql/, version 0.21, dated 11/19/1999.
Does anyone know if this will work with PostgreSQL ver 7.0.2?
