From the pgAdmin website: *** Note: As of version 7.0.0, the Microsoft Installer is no longer included in the pgAdmin distribution. You can download it from Microsoft if you do not already have it on your system. (http://www.microsoft.com/msdownload/platformsdk/instmsi.htm) *** I'll admit I could have worded it a bit better!! That's new Microsoft installation format. Installer is included with Win 2000 (just double click it). You can download it for other versions. There are instructions on pgadmin home page.
