iODBC Driver,psqlODBC at PostgreSQl DB in Solaris

Hi All,

I want to know whether iODBC Driver manager, psqlODBC(Postgres ODBC) ODBC 
driver combination works for PostgreSQL database under Solaris Environment 
(Version 2.5). I have seen most of the information on web for iODBC driver 
manager, psql ODBC driver combination working with PostgreSQL database under 
Linuix OS not with Solaris OS. Do I need to install some additional 
component.

Looking forward to a prompt response.

I have heard at least one report that this does work with Solaris. But I
don't have any Solaris ODBC apps to test with...

But I am unable to connect to the database. Do I need some additional 
components?

I have absolutely no idea! Have you read the chapter on ODBC in the
Postgres docs? All I know is what is required to use ODBC with
Applixware (the only app I have which uses it). Perhaps if you described
the actual app and environment, rather than just the ODBC layer, someone
else might be able to help.
