I have a little favor to ask of those who change the odbc driver for
unix, etc.
Could you please not break it for Windows :) ?
Especially since I don't run any configure to get variables like
MAXPGPATHLEN and BLCKSZ under Windows.
Please just #ifdef something for WIN32 if your depending on configure to
provide the information.
