This is probably a stupid question, but I just built and installed
PostgreSQL, and was wondering why the ODBC interface isn't built or
installed. I'm trying to use tclODBC-1.5 to access a PostgreSQL database
using ODBC. I did notice the PostODBC code in now included in the release,
it just doesn't seem to be used.
