patch to slightly improve clarity of a comment in postgresql.conf.sample

The attached change to postgresql.conf.sample makes it more clear at a glance that the default value of listen_addresses is 'localhost', not 'localhost, *'. This would have saved a friend an hour or two of fiddling tonight.
