moving toast table to its own tablespace

Is there a reason we don't allow moving the toast table to a separate
tablespace, other than unimplemented feature?  If not, I propose such a
syntax as

ALTER TABLE foo SET TOAST TABLESPACE bar;

Off the top of my head, I don't see any reason not to allow that.
