translation team have their own list over at

Actually, not there either, because pgadmin translations are handled by
the pgadmin team separately:
http://www.pgadmin.org/translation/howto.php

I think the only mistake is that Krešimir chose pgsql-hackers instead of
pgadmin-hackers ...
