Suggestion - let's take off the confirmation on that vacuum action - it 
is a non-data-changing actions and since it's background it won't lock 
the table, so all the confirmation will do is piss people off :)

setting reply-to to ppa-dev since I am pretty sure thats the list this
was meant for :-)


Chris, I don't have strong feelings one way or the other, but you do
have the option to vacuum full, so it could lock the table...
