Does removing SET WITHOUT OIDS cause compatibility problems?  I don't
imagine it is used very much.

I didn't remove the command, I only replaced its implementation with a
call to AlterTableDropColumn.

ALTER TABLE ... SET WITHOUT OIDS has not been removed.
