Since several hours I'm getting errors on accessing
http://techdocs.postgresql.org/
Same on
http://www.postgresql.org/

Did I miss something?

Same here.. from india.. I am trying to get 7.3.3 tarballs.. ftp.postgresql.org 
often responds with too many uses.. www.postgresql.org is not accessible at 
all..
