In all seriousness, it may be a good idea to create a special list server group for that exact audience. Call it "Win32 PostgreSQL Users" or something like that. That way, then can help each other. And the experienced PG users that can stand the noise can pop over to help from time to time. You might have one million PG users in 6 months time. Literally.
