GiST docs

Hi,

we got a spare time (well, hope so) and
we'are about to document GiST interface - sort of guide with intro,
examples and programming notices. I think it's worth to include it
into documentation for 7.2 release. What's a procedure for
taking part in documentation project ? What should be a style
of such guide ? GiST is very powerful feature of postgres and many people
just don't know how to use it.
Regards, Oleg

There is already a GiST chapter in the programmer's guide but it looks
like you might as well scratch that and replace it.

Submitting documentation works just like code, but we tend to keep
discussion on the pgsql-docs list.
