FETCH help

Hi,
 The FETCH help seems to be odd in PostgreSQL-7.0.

prompt> psql
postgres=# \h fetch
Command:     FETCH
Description: Gets rows using a cursor
Syntax:
FETCH [ selector ] [ count ] { IN | FROM } cursor
FETCH [ RELATIVE ] [ { [ # | ALL | NEXT | PRIOR ] } ] FROM ] cursor
~~~~~~~
 Probably the next syntax would be correct, right ?
-----
Syntax:
FETCH [ FORWARD | BACKWARD | RELATIVE ]     [ { [ # | ALL | NEXT | PRIOR ] } ] { IN | FROM } cursor
FETCH cursor
-----
Yes, it was a mess.  New display looks like below.  SGML fixed too.  It
now displays in brief and long formats.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
test=> \h fetch
Command:     FETCH
Description: Gets rows using a cursor
Syntax:
FETCH [ direction ] [ count ] { IN | FROM } cursor
FETCH [ FORWARD | BACKWARD | RELATIVE ] [ # | ALL | NEXT | PRIOR ] { IN | FROM }cursor
