new Psql \pset border

There are new border styles.

I think I prefer \pset border 1 as the default.  What do other people
think?  People have been slow to comment on the new psql features.

Last time I checked this was the default. It was supposed to look as
similar as possible to what is in there now. (But of course much prettier
IMHO ;)

It is not the default now, I think. Looks like border 0 is default.

Yes, I see 1 as the default now.  Not sure how I got so confused.

I like the up-arrow history from previous sessions.

I take that back.  Looks like border 1 is the default.  I must have
gotten confused.
