OK, my 6.5.3 cvs copy works fine for pgaccess.

Actually, we never installed pgaccess this cleanly in earlier releases.

Which is why previous RPM's had such special handling for pgaccess.  Your
changes are going to hopefully make things much easier on the RPM side.  I'll
know here in a little while.
