When i connect to the server on PostgreSQL i get this error:

Server closed the connection unexpectedly.
This probably means the server termitate abnormally before or
while processing the request

Postgres 8.3
The OS is windows server 2007 i think.

8.3 is past end of life, and is now considered a dead version.

afaik, Windows Server went from 2003 to 2008, I've never heard of a 2007.
