There are procedures in Postgres 8.3?

Hi,

I have some functions developed in postgres to work as a procedure. But now I see in the Postgres Studio that we have the option to create a procedure... So my question? there are procedures in Postgres 8.3? If yes, what the correct syntax to write procedures in Postgres 8.3?

Best Regards,
André.

Really, I've never noticed them! If you're asking about EnterpriseDB
specific features, I'd recommend asking on EnterpriseDB forums.

No, PostgreSQL doesn't support stored procedures - only stored functions.

I don't know Postgres Studio - It maybe support EnterpriseDB, that
supports stored procedures in PL/SQL syntax.
