Hi all, Is there any plan to make 0.83 stable release? Maybe some roadmap / plans on the website would help, just to give an idea of the future versions (availability, features). Thanks! Seb

That's not a PostgreSQL version number. > Maybe some roadmap / plans on the website would help, just to > give an idea of the future versions (availability, features). Version 8.4 is currently in beta testing - see the big notice on the homepage of the website. Or am I missing something here? -- Richard Huxton Archonet Ltd

If you mean postgresql 8.3, it was stable when 8.3.0 came out. > Maybe some roadmap / plans on the website would help, just to > give an idea of the future versions (availability, features). The TODO list and monitoring the hackers list maybe? Maybe keeping track of changes in CVS? The Release notes list what things have been added and changes made of each version as it comes out.

I apologies, Seb PS: It's just to take data from an SQL Server and store it with PostgreSQL, I promise ;-) Sebastien FLAESCH wrote: > Hi all, > > Is there any plan to make 0.83 stable release? > > Maybe some roadmap / plans on the website would help, just to > give an idea of the future versions (availability, features). > > Thanks! > Seb >
