Thread: Thank you

My friend started a small e-learning company and asked
me to develop the IT solution. The company is now 5
years old and postgresql has been in use for the last
4 years. In the past 4 years NOT ONCE has postgresql
crashed on us. We have had times when the server
utilization was at 100% and swap was being used as
memory but postgresql kept going.

Today, we have a quite a few high profile clients
(fortune 50) with hundreds of their employees using
our system to keep their skills updated. We are
excited about the 8.0 release and will be upgrading
soon. I would like to thank the postgresql team for
delivering a rock solid DBMS.
