Dear AllI have Redhat 9.0 and i use Postgresql and PHP .This Database ranning last two year. now i have some speed problem.Now i am new in Postgresql so How to Config a PostgreSQL.conf file.my Hardver is P IV server, 1 GB RAM , 72 GB SCGI HDD. and I am use Web Application.if Possible then give me Config file. The best I can do is to point you to: http://www.varlena.com/varlena/GeneralBits/Tidbits/perf.html That's a good introduction to performance tuning, and just the first section can help with lots of problems.
