Thread: cannot reach http:/archives.postgresql.org
Is that site working for you? I'm unable to reach it since a couple of days, my messages are not getting through, pgsql-?????-owner@postgresql.org do not answer my 'requests for clarification', majordomo is not responding to my 'archive-get' Could somebody explain what is going on (and cc the post for me - or, better still, address the answer to my address - otherwise I cannot read it)? Thanks, Ennio. [For Tom Lane only] Sorry to disturb you personally, Tom, but since my posts do not seem to get through regularly your address was my only choice, as I got it from a few saved messages of yours ... :-) Thank you in advance for your help, Ennio. -- [Perche' usare Win$ozz (dico io) se ..."anche uno sciocco sa farlo. \\?// Fa' qualche cosa di cui non sei capace!" I have also been unable to reach archives. >-----Original Message----- >From: pgsql-general-owner@postgresql.org >[mailto:pgsql-general-owner@postgresql.org] On Behalf Of Ennio-Sr >Sent: Tuesday, August 31, 2004 10:09 AM >To: pgsql-general@postgresql.org >Cc: Tom Lane >Subject: [GENERAL] cannot reach http:/archives.postgresql.org > >Is that site working for you? >I'm unable to reach it since a couple of days, my messages are >not getting through, pgsql-?????-owner@postgresql.org do not >answer my 'requests for clarification', majordomo is not >responding to my 'archive-get' >Could somebody explain what is going on (and cc the post for >me - or, better still, address the answer to my address - >otherwise I cannot read it)? >Thanks, > Ennio. > >[For Tom Lane only] >Sorry to disturb you personally, Tom, but since my posts do >not seem to get through regularly your address was my only >choice, as I got it from a few saved messages of yours ... :-) >Thank you in advance for your help, > Ennio. > >-- >[Perche' usare Win$ozz (dico io) se ..."anche uno sciocco sa >farlo. \\?// > Fa' qualche cosa di cui non sei capace!" I'd suggest using google's cache feature until the problems can be resolved. I am however getting list mail... -- Jeff Trout <jeff@jefftrout.com> http://www.jefftrout.com/ http://www.stuarthamm.net/
You can also try pgsql.ru Ron

At the end I got these posts via an archive-get command (which was unsuccessfull for past attempts!). http://archives.postgresql.org is still down and I suspect they are also experiencing other problems (my posts to pgsql-cygwin are still nowhere to be seen). As a measure of last resort I'll try to unsubscribe from that list and re-subscribe ... :-) Many thanks again to all of you. Cheers, Ennio. -- [Perche' usare Win$ozz (dico io) se ..."anche uno sciocco sa farlo. \\?// Fa' qualche cosa di cui non sei capace!" (diceva Henry Miller) ] (°|°) [Why to use Win$ozz (I say) if ...
