Is it down? I was looking at the 7.4 docs early this morning but before I could
find anything on the new error reporting style I stopped receiving pages. I
still can't get any.

I just tried all three servers:

    gborg.postgresql.org
    developer.postgresql.org
    www.postgresql.org

and all are responding from here ... anyone else seeing a problem?

Not sure why, really... From here I cannot open the site, at least from
Internet Explorer on Win98. Funny thing is that lynx on a linux box open it
happily. But yes, the problem started today very early. It still persists
:-(

Are you actually trying developers.postgresql.org or
developer.postgresql.org
The first one doesn't resolve to anything here, the second one works
correctly.
