HI, does this SQL db able to do data warehousing and data mining features? How about replication and high availability features too.

Others may disagree, but of the four terms you mention only replication
is a database feature, the others are marketing concepts or systems
design issues that any robust relational database should be able to
handle, given sufficient resources and forethought.

There isn't a 'create warehouse' command, nor is there a 'mine data'
command.  :-)
