BUG in lower

From

Hi there,

I've stumbled over a bug in postgresql 7.3.2 (Linux). If the database encoding
is UNICODE the function "lower" sometimes breaks UNICODE characters.

It does not happen on all machines, but both configurations are pretty much
normal. (only --with-java). Any ideas?

Mit freundlichem Gruß / With kind regards

Sorry,
apparently this is a BUG in one of the underlying libraries.
Can someone hint me to the right one?
